NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of youthLEADarts Inc (the “Corporation”) is called for and will be held electronically via Zoom videoconferencing on MONDAY, March 20th, 4:30 pm (ET) for the following purposes:

- (NA until next year 2023: Approval of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Corporation held on (date).)
- Receipt & consideration of the Annual Report of the Directors for the year ended December 31, 2022.
- Receipt & consideration of the Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022.
- Appointment of Eugene Braila CPA as Auditors for the Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2023.
- Report of the Chairman.
- Report of the President.
- Election of the Board of Directors (See Appendix A).
